In the first of the two demonstrations, we will access the ViewDS Discovery Server using the Access Presence web interface as a Guest and then as an Administrator and we will explore the extensive search and reporting capabilities, using a fictional organisation called ‘Deltawing Ltd’.
In the second of the demonstrations, we will access the Discovery Server using the Access Presence web interface as a guest and then as an administrator and we will explore the extensive search capabilities, using another fictional Defence organisation called ‘Armed Forces’. Here we will first demonstrate the extensive search capabilities, we will modify an entry creating a new Brigade structure Unit in 5th Infantry Division and then move it to the 3rd Mechanised Division deployment in Afghanistan. In each case we will show ViewDS extensive Movement of Unit Roulemont capabilities, Organisation charting and reporting lines as well various reporting. We also show the use of NATO Mapping symbols and Unit Insignia. Finally we will show the creation of a Naval Task Group - Task Force Somalia with ships deployed from multiple Naval flotilla.

Lastly in the third demonstration shows the Access Sentinel Policy Administration Tool as an Administrator to create XACMLv3 Access control policies in a Defence & Intelligence Community example and demonstrate how we can protect access to a range of documents based upon a combination of a person’s role, rank, clearance level, and various meta data information about the document that they are trying to access including the Document Classification such as Top Secret, any Distribution caveats such as US eyes Only and any GENSER (NATO) classification such as NATO Atomic.
